Our local movie theaters sell these pretzels, they are so good that I get one every time I go to the movies. I could not find them in any stores, so a quick Yahoo search led me to Amazon. I ordered 1 box of pretzels and received in less than one week (quicker than I expected). However, there were only 9 pretzels in the box, instead of 12 (these are large pretzels, much larger than the frozen varieties available at the grocery stores). I emailed A&M Marketing with my concern. Customer service responded within one day with an apology and said that 6 more pretzels were on their way. I received these within 3 days of my email.

Shipping was much less than the $12 listed on Amazon. For less than $30, one dozen of these pretzels is a very good value. I will definitely be ordering more in the future!
