Use 3 to 4 servings of each, drink it in 3 days or less.
Add water, Hemp milk or Almond milk. About 1/2 full.
1/2 cup Hemp protein power
1 cup Hemp seed nut
1 Tlbs. Chia seed powder (this will gel if you let it sit)
1 Tlbs. Acai
1 Tlbs. Lucuma
2 Tlbs. Gelatinized Maca
2 Tlbs. Dulse flakes
1 tsp. Camu Camu
1/2 cup Cacao (strong tasting, you will know if you use too much)
1 to 2 cups Frozen Blueberries or cherries, mango.
2 Tlbs. Navitas Coconut Palm Sugar (or YACON to taste)
Also I add some goldenseal root. Not every day.

Then the rest of each item, you want in it
If it gets too thick. Add some more water or any of the milks.
You can add yogurt, take the seaweed flakes out if you like. it will taste good if you work on it.
