I ordered this for the Holidays for my building. I gave them as New Year's presents to promote a sweet New Year. They were a hit and for 18 the cost is very reasonable. Everyone enjoyed the sweet treat. Will probably do it again next year. The cakes are moist but dry out quickly so keep them covered in plastic wrap or use a ziploc bag. Also you can warm the cake in the microwave for about 15 seconds to soften it up. I suggest using butter to make it softer. Enjoy!
